Each chain hanger comes with a mud flap retainer bracket and has three 5/8″ mounting holes in the base. A smooth aluminum cover with conspicuity tape can be pinned down to secure your tire chains. The steel body of these chain hanger / mud flap brackets is powder coated gloss black for a shiny durable finish. Designed for mounting behind the rear axle.
